Your information will be forwarded to a loan broker or lender who we have determined can consummate the loan requested.  They will use the information to make the loan.  Their own privacy policy will dictate distribution of information once given to them.  Other than information distribution as outlined here, no information obtained will be distributed to any third party for any reason.

Personal Information gathered from user other than from forms:
We do not gather such information.

Public Information gathered from web pages of companies listed on our directories:
We may gather the public information available from public web pages on our directories and compile such information into lists which may be used by us or given or sold to third parties.  Any company which does not wish us to use their public information in this way may have such information deleted from our list by giving us notice as indicated below.  We reserve the right to delist any company making such a request from our directories.
