American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc.

Form Choices Link

Please read through all choices before starting. If you are having cash flow problems unrelated to a special event (such as a prior layoff or extraordinary medical bill), or if you wish to take a little extra time to get a clearer view of your financial picture, we recommend that you go to the Monthly Expenses form first. If you have many other valuable assets in addition to your home you may wish to fill out a Financial Statement after your evaluation forms. Most debtors will only need to fill out the Full Preliminary Client Intake form unless your situation was described above. If you have only unsecured debt problems such as credit cards, unsecured loans, or deficiencies but are current on all secured loans such as home mortgages and vehicle loans you may use the Short Preliminary Evaluation Form. Everyone wishing analysis must fill out one of the Preliminary Client Intake Forms, the Expense and Financial Statement forms supplement that form.
