Calculating the best course of action to avoid any imminent danger of foreclosure, law suits, or loss of credit as well as putting your financial house in order so that trouble does not return in the future requires many elements to come together. First you must gather all of the necessary information to begin the process. Next its accuracy must be assured. Then it must be analyzed and finally recommendations made by people experienced with every available option. Those recommendations will involve a short-term solution to avoid the imminent crisis and long term advice to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Through the use of software developed at the Law Offices of Mory Brenner we may now offer this analysis using the Internet. The "free" element of this process has three prongs. First, I have written many FAQs (frequently asked questions) regarding several aspects of debt, bankruptcy, and non-bankruptcy options. All of this information can be found through the links at the bottom of this page. These materials have been sited as some of the best of the web and resulted in my advice being sought after for pieces in Money Magazine, Young Physicain's Magazine, on National Public Radio, and a book called Money Savvy. I encourage you to read through as many of these sites as you can before we begin. Next you will fill out several pages of information concerning your debt. The process itself will give you a better sense of where you stand and how you got there. The third prong, individual ananysis of your personal debt situation by an attorney, requires a commitment to resolving the situation for it to end up being free to you. Normally we charge $150 for this service. As a special incentive to Internet users we are offering a $50 discount to $100. You may then take the entire $150 regular charge as a credit if you decide to hire American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc. to negotiate your debt for you. Or use a credit of $100 to $150 to hire one of the attorneys working with us nationally from your area to file a bankruptcy for you or another debt mitigation firm we may work with. In essence that means you may get the analysis free or even a $50 discount off of what ever service you might have used anyway and the knowledge that you're doing the right thing. The service is not free in two cases: if you take no action, we keep the analysis fee; in cases where we recomend using a free credit couseling service, no discount may be available. If you ready to take action, solve your debt problem and ready to begin we must review some ground rules.

  1. Our analysis can only be as accurate as the information you provide for us. You agree to fill the forms out as accurately as possible.
  2. Although many items will not be applicable to your situation fill in as many answers as you can if the information exists, let us decide what applies if there is a question. Understand that you may find the forms long and nasty, but you must trudge though it if you want an accurate analysis.
  3. Remember transmissions sent over the web may not be secure.
  4. This service is provided by American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc. and does not represent legal advice, even in Massachusetts.
  5. We are able to give this discount based on the time you save us by filling out the forms yourself. If you need a little help we understand, but if we have to spend too much time helping you to fill them out or end up filling them out ourselves the $50 discount will not apply.
  6. Before we begin work analyzing your situation we must have payment in full via money order or cleared personal check.
  7. Additional negotiations, consultation or other services rendered by American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc. shall contracted for seperately. A sample retainer agreement including current hourly rates is available online.
  8. If you decide not to take any action or follow our advice you shall have no further obligations to American Mortgage Debt Resolution Inc. other than the prepaid analysis fee, which shall be retained by American Mortgage Debt Resolution Inc.
  9. If you have any questions at anytime in the process please email our intake personel.

I have read these rules and terms including those in the retainer agreement and agree to them all. I shall be sending a check or money order to the address below with a notation giving my name, home address and email address. If I am in an urgent situation I will email for special instructions.
Now take me to the forms!!
