I often see the question "Do you know anyone in my city who does what you do?" The answer is no. I have yet to find anyone anywhere who specializes in residential mortgage workouts as we do. I have found others who workout unsecured debt, sometimes we do make referals to them. If you need a debt workout we can do it through American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc. on a consulting basis or refer you elsewhere if it would better suit your situation. If you need a bankruptcy we will refer you to local counsel in your area from our National network or find someone for you if time permits. In any case we will not make a referal without first doing a preliminary client evaluation. The whole point of being familiar with so many options is pointing you in the best direction based on our expertise. Refering someone to a bankruptcy attorney because they thought bankrupcy was best for them defeats the purpose.
