What about risk?
We work on a success fee basis. The only upfront fees are legal service charges, if applicable, a retainer of 2% of the total of the total amount of debt assigned, which is 100% refunded if we cannot settle the items. The retainer is applied to the fees we earn, after we settle the debt. For each item assigned there is a listing fee. An original creditor would be $40 for example. There are no additional
fees until we settle the debt.

What if I'm short on funds?
When cash flow is a problem, we are extremely successful at working out extended payment plans that are agreeable to all parties. When circumstances permit, we can arrange for "take-out" financing to replace current arrangements that may be delinquent.

How long would the process take?
