Mory Brenner, President - Starting in 1981 Mr. Brenner began developing real estate. In 1992 after the complete collapse of values in the Northeast he took the bar exam and began to practice law. From the first day, the majority case his cases involved settling debt issues outside of the bankruptcy court. Drawing from the lessons learned saving most of his own portfolio (against the advice of lawyers who urged him to file Chapter 7) his successes began to multiply and word of his unique style began to spread.  His practice moved from countywide to statewide. His expert advice was solicited for articles on National Public Radio, in Money Magazine, Young Physician's Magazine, and a book called "Money Savvy". In order to satisfy growing demand for services outside of Massachusetts, in light of growing evidence of a void of others with his knowledge and skills, American Mortgage Debt Resolution, Inc. formed. John Green, Lead Bankruptcy Attorney - Helping those in need as a vocation started with Mr. Green's early career as a social worker. Following years of night courses he became a lawyer specializing in cases involving less fortunate clients including bankruptcies. He joined Mr. Brenner where his bankruptcy and debtor evaluation skills were sharpened.
